Some things helped a little. Most didn’t. So when he saw Gina’s story, his first thought was:

“Maybe that worked for her… but my situation is different.” Still, he downloaded the PDFs. They were free and he had nothing to lose.

The first thing he changed was his hook. That took about five minutes. Before, it explained what he did. After, it read more like the headline of an interesting article. It felt better, but he still wasn't convinced.

The next step asked him to do something he wasn’t good at: write. But he remembered the site said it'd be easy and only take a few minutes... so he kept going. That's when he found the 3 story templates. So he copied, pasted, and filled in the blanks. Ten minutes later, he was done.

Still skeptical, he let his wife read it. "This is good. Did you hire someone to write this?" she asked. He smirked and took his laptop back. Maybe this could actually work? But he still wasn't convinced.

Last but not least, he upgraded his offer. This was the scariest part because it felt like he was giving away too much! But then he checked out the examples of how more established companies did the same things and he decided to give it a shot. If it worked for them, it was worth trying.

With a very cautious click, he posted his new hook, story, and offer on his website and Facebook... and waited.

An hour passed. Nothing.

Then a day. Still nothing.

Then on the second day... someone commented.

They wanted to buy, but there was no website link! Ron fixed that immediately, but still thought it was a fluke.

That’s when everything he did before... started working. All those old social posts started driving sales. Those ads he'd spent money on started converting better. And three months later, Ron was finally convinced.

He realized the problem wasn’t what he’d been doing. They just weren’t the missing piece. Once he fixed his hook, story, and offer… everything else he had already tried started working better.
