Done-For-You / White Glove Setup Refund Policy
Done-For-You and White Glove setup services include a different refund policy than our standard training and software products because work begins behind the scenes before launch. You may request a 100% refund anytime within:
3 calendar days of purchase, OR
anytime before submitting your setup survey
(whichever gives you MORE time).
Submission of your setup survey confirms approval to begin project work.
Once your setup survey has been submitted, your project officially enters production and refunds are no longer available because time, labor, setup work, planning, automation configuration, and project resources begin immediately.
If your project is delayed because we're waiting on content, approvals, videos, payment setup, requested changes, or other required items from you, your project remains active and does not qualify for a refund due to timing or launch delays.
Subscription fees, third-party costs, transaction fees, payment processor fees, domain fees, software fees, and completed setup work are non-refundable once incurred.
Our goal is simple: Give you plenty of time to decide before work begins, while also protecting both sides once production starts.
